The terms and conditions stated below must be accepted and agreed by every customer of pregnanza. By booking a service at pregnanza, the customers are deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions. Pregnanza reserves its right to change, amend, add or delete any of the terms and conditions without prior notice and the customers shall be bound by such changes.
Our quality assurance
Pregnanza is committed to ensure that products and services are of a satisfactory quality and ensures that it will not use any sythetic chemicals, colours or additives which are harmful to pregnant women, new mother and new born baby.
Warranties & service guarantees
Pregnanza provides services on all days except on sundays.
Normally a single therapist will be assigned to a client and the client has the right to change the therapist if the service is not satisfactory.
If the product is established by pregnanza to be defective or causing any allergic reactions, it will be epleced with identical products after consultation with our specialist.
Payments
Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon commencement of the services, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Pregnanza accepts the following methods of payment for products and services:
- Cash
- UPI
- Debit/credit card
Accuracy of charging
All prices of products and services shall be quoted as net prices and will be clearly communicated to our customers and prominently stated at appropriate shop area and/or communication materials. Prices do not include additional charges for add-ons and other services. Please refer to the price list for separate charges for add-ons and other services.
Transparency of pricing
Pregnanza will ensure that additional charges such as add-ons and other services will be clearly reflected as separate and distinct from the prices of main treatment/services in the price list and in other relevant forms of communication materials.
Pregnanza will always honour prices that were quoted at the time of purchase.pregnanza will ensure that validity of promotional prices and discounts will be clearly communicated to our customers and prominently stated at appropriate shop area and/or communication materials.
Service guidelines
- Pregnanza serves women during pregnancy and after delivery. For prenatal massages packages of 5/10 days are available and for prenatal massages packages of 7/14/218/28 days are available.
- The ayurvedic prenatal services and postnatal maternity care are provided with professional assistance assuring better health of the mother and baby.
- The responsibility of the pregnanza is only to providePrenatal massages and postnatal maternity care or baby care or both of them and does not include treatment of the mother or the baby
- Service of well experienced ayurveda doctors specialised in gynaecology in ayurveda are available With the pregnanza at all points of time.
- The postnatal baby care and maternity care being provided by the pregnanza will be monitored by the ayurveda doctors of the pregnanza and the treatment Plan will be decided by the doctors of the pregnanza after analysis of the health conditions.
- The cost of the package includes cost of medicines and other products supplied by the pregnanza as shown in the Package. The medicines and other products supplied by the Pregnanza as per the package will be the medicines and products marketed by manufactured by reputed manufacturers.
- The pregnanza shall take all earnest efforts to ensure that the service care personnel being deputed by the pregnanza Are of good character and well behaved and not suffering from any communicable diseases
- In the event of the service personnel deputed avails leave, the pregnanza will depute a substituteIf available. Sunday will be holidays. If the service personnel takes leave on a day in a particular week, the pregnanza will try to compensate the same by rendering the service on the ensuing Sunday or any otherday for which the customer has to co-operate.
- The customer will be responsible for the prompt and Periodic payments of the service charges payable for the Package and for the charges of the additionalServices/medicines/products rendered/supplied by pregnanza.
- The pregnanza is bound to provide the service to the motherOr baby or both of them as per the package and not to any other Person.
- In the eventuality of break of service for reasons attributable to the customer, the pregnanza is not bound to make any refund. However, extension of the tenure of the package will be encouraged up to a maximum of 3 days only.
- If for any unavoidable reason, the service personnel takesLeave, the customer is bound to co-operate with theService personnel. The pregnanza will try to provide Substitute only if the service personnel avails leave for more than 3 days.
- The customer has to ensure the presence of an elderly Person at the time of massaging and bath of the baby.
- No monitoring by the physical presence of others is permissible while massaging or taking bath of the mother.
- The customer is obliged to inform the pregnanza and the service personnel for any change of time of the schedule at least one day in advance. If the customer fails to do so and the service personnel being unaware of the absence/inconvenience of the customer proceeds to the place of the customer for rendering the services, but could not render the service due to the absence/inconvenience of the customer it will be counted as service rendered and no refund/extension/ compensatory service will be provided for the same.
Transportation of the service personnel
The service personnel of the pregnanza will reach the place of the customer without any extra Payment.
Commencement of service:
(a) in the case of normal delivery - after 7 days of delivery.
(b) in the case c section or delivery with other medical complications package services for the mother and baby will be commenced in between 10 to 15 days of the delivery depending upon the health condition of the mother
