We require a minimum notice of one week for cancellations.
Postnatal therapy is provided as packages of 7, 14, 21 and 28 days If the services are cancelled at the option of the customer within 7 days of starting the service, the customer will be liable to pay the charges for 7 days package. The cancellation is in between 7 to 14 days, the customer is liable to pay charges for 14 days. If the cancellation is in between 14 to 21 days the customer is liable to paythe service charges for 21 days. If the cancellation is in between 21 to 28 days the customer is liable to paythe service charges for 28 days.
Refund Policy
If customer pays in advance and service could not be completed,refund will be initiated based on service guidelines and cancellation policy.
Payment will be processed within 7 working days
Refund amount will be calculated as per the cancellation policy.
